Description

A plant that seldom gets the recognition it deserves. It is strong growing, clump-forming, healthy, rigid and upright and flowers from late Summer to late Autumn. Ideal for large perennial planting schemes well able to compete with weeds and vigourous perennials, should be used more in public spaces. Combine with Miscanthus , Calamagrostis, Phlomis russeliana, Eupatorium, Solidago and Persicaria.
