Description

Epimediums are plants with many many horticultural qualities. Attractive usually evergreen foliage which may turn red, orange purple and bronze in winter. Can tolerate drought and root pressure, forming clumps or spreads, creating a superb ground cover. Clouds of beautiful dainty flowers in spring.
‘Galadriel’ is an improved form of Epimedium x rubrum with bolder red spring foliage and deeper burgundy red fall foliage and red flowers. Plants bulk up relatively quickly. It is a superb low-growing groundcover for woodland and shady areas.
