Description
Phyllostachys are attractive, tall, evergreen bamboos that make an architectural statement in the garden. Best grown as a single specimen in a large garden. In the right conditions it can spread, so limit the roots with a non-perishable barrier.
A tall ornamental bamboo with very attractive dark glossy foliage and yellow stems. This bamboo makes an excellent hedge or screen due to its fast, upright growth.
