Satureja montana ssp. illyrica

Description

Savoury is another important Mediterranean herb with blue-lilac flowers, very aromatic. Excellent with vegetables especially French green beans.
Growing habit is a bit like Thyme and the foliage is equally as aromatic, and like so many of these herbs it loves growing in poor well drained soil in full sun.
