Ultra-modern architecture, a wife that loves her cottage garden, a husband very reluctant to sacrifice his lawn, and last but not least, hot and dry Summers and cold Winters. With a loose and transparent planting of perennials and grasses we successfully fulfilled this brief. The long planting beds are layered, visually melting together to one large extensive bed, which stands in proportion to the dominating hard structure. This design continues to give the family considerable satisfaction year after year.
