Description

Bergenias are low maintenance, evergreen, will grow in sun or shade and tolerate a wide range of soils, including dry soils and clay. Sakura means cherry blossom in Japanese and the pink semi-double flowers in spring are as welcome as the treasured blossoming cherry trees. Leathery, glossy, dark green leaves, flushed purple and bronze in autumn and winter.
