Description

The fountain grasses are some of the most striking late-season perennial grasses, eventually forming large deciduous mounds of arching green foliage with a mass of hazy bottle brush flowers which catch the light beautifully. They can be slow to get to size and require a sunny spot with reasonable soil to be at their best, but are beautiful from late summer through winter. Particularly good in mass plantings.
