Strobilanthes rankanensis

Description

Stobilanthes are valuable late flowering perennials which will tolerate shade, the beautiful translucent pale purple-blue flowers glow in the dappled shade as they cover this low mound forming plant. Grows easily enough in any soil, enjoys moisture but can equally tolerate drought.

S. rankanensis a mound-forming, deciduous perennial with upright, angled, branched stems and purle flowers.
