No herbaceous border should be without the tall upright stems and delicate foliage of Thalictrums with sprays of purple-blue, white or yellow flowers all through the summer. They are relatively easy to grow, may need some support.
Dark stems with clumps of airy green foliage and sprays of nodding pinkish-purple flowers. A great border plant.
