Thalictrum filamentosum

Description

No herbaceous border should be without the tall upright stems and delicate foliage of Thalictrums with sprays of purple-blue, white or yellow flowers all through the summer. They are relatively easy to grow, may need some support.
An outstanding species, purplish stems topped with clear white flowers.
Long flowering and the foliage resembles that of the Maiden-Hair Fern.
