Merrybells are a delight full woodlanders with pendent yellow elongated flowers in mid spring, They are easy to grow and will naturalise freely in good humus rich woodland soil. Look well with Ophalodes , Anemone nemorosa and Corydalis flexuosa. U. Pallida has pale yellow bells.
